Polygon, a decentralized Ethereum scaling platform, has joined hands with the Joint Innovation Centre (JIC) to introduce technological advancements to the aviation industry and enhance the passenger experience. The center is a joint venture of Bangalore’s Kempegowda International Airport, Amazon Web Service (AWS), and Intel India.
Previously known as Matic Network, Polygon is the first well-organized, user-friendly Ethereum scaling and infrastructure creation platform. Polygon SDK, the core component of the software, is a modular and flexible framework that supports the development of various types of applications.
Currently, Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) is working with Amazon Web Services to establish the Joint Innovation Center by the end of 2022. Now, with Polygon as a part of the initiative, the development of JIC is expected to pick up the pace.
