An AI-powered service software firm based in San Jose, California, plans to use the $10M Series A funding to develop its customer and product success teams in the US and India. Vinay Saini and Niken Patel found Neuron7.ai in 2020 to leverage AI and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance service metrics.
The company offers an intelligence platform, the Neuron7 Service Intelligence Platform, a cloud-based solution that gathers intelligence from the data and employees of an organization. This group intelligence is transformed into actionable forecasts that facilitate rapid problem identification and resolution.
Niken Patel, CEO of Neuron7.ai, said, “Knowledge in an enterprise is siloed. Support, field service, and engineering expertise is spread across systems, data and experts”. He added, “Re-thinking the way knowledge/intelligence is captured and shared across silos in the enterprise, Neuron7.ai creates an enterprise-wide resolution system of record.”
