Bertelsmann collaborates with Udacity to offer scholarships for cloud, data, and AI skills. Both organizations have joined hands to offer scholarships since 2019 to 50,000 learners. After last years’ scholarships in cloud, data, and AI, this will be the third association to offer scholarships.
Just like most of the scholarships by Udacity, this scholarship will also have two phrases — challenge course and full Nanodegree program. Since there are three tracks — Cloud, Data, and AI, there will be three different introductory courses and Nanodegree programs.
You will be required to complete the introductory course of the respective tracks, and then based on the performance, you will the advance Nanodegree courses like Azure Cloud Architect, Business Analyst, Introduction to Machine Learning with TensorFlow.
Udacity started accepting applications for different tracks on October 5, 2021, the application phase will end on November 30, 2021. A total of 15000 will be selected for the challenge course, and 1600 will move to the second phase to get the full Nanodegree program.
Although 18 or above aged learners can apply for the scholarship, there are a few prerequisites like Python programming and 2+ years in developing apps, and more, especially for the Cloud and AI track. However, the data track has no prerequisite.
You will have 2 months to complete the challenge course, which starts on December 14, 2021, and ends on February 14, 2022. The Nanodegree program will be a 6 months course, which commences on March 1, 2022, and ends on August 31, 2022.
