Derya Matras, The Vice-President of Meta for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, has recently planned to take on the additional responsibility of leading Northern Europe.
Angle Gifford, Vice-President of Meta for EMEA, stated that she is delighted that Derya Matras, the Vice-President for the Middle East and Africa, will be taking additional responsibility for Northern Europe. Derva has been a crucial member of the EMEA membership since 2015, with a strong record of leadership and driving sustainable growth.
Derya is an engineer by qualification and has nearly 25 years of experience in customer-facing industries and management consulting, including McKinsey & Company. In October 2015, she joined Meta and has recently led Meta in more than 70 countries in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.
Derya Matras said she was humbled and excited to take on the new responsibility. She is looking forward to getting to know the regional teams and partners. She is also excited to help businesses of all sizes to use Meta to grow and create jobs.
