Artificial intelligence-powered services providing company Active.ai is all set to provide Whatsapp banking services for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB). This move is aimed to provide an enhanced banking experience to customers of ADCB.
ADCB and Active.ai have collaborated with Talisma Corporation to provide the Whatsapp banking feature to customers. It is a 24/7 available service that uses various artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to offer a wide range of baking services.
Both customers and potential customers can enjoy the benefits of this AI-powered Whatsapp banking service. The feature will allow customers to seamlessly interact with the bank and carry out multiple banking-related tasks in English and Arabic languages.
